What to Expect
This program will feature a mini lesson and a trail walk. During the mini lessons, students will learn about some common forest animals and how to look for clues of their presence. Students will create their own “animal track” to take home. Students will then go on a trail walk looking for tracks and signs of animals in the forest.
Who Is This For?
This program is appropriate for school age children through high school. It will be fun and hands on for the younger kids, while still being challenging enough for older kids. Parents are welcome to stay during the program.
What to Bring
Bugspray, water bottle, closed toed shoes for walking
